Scott worked for CSX Railroad from 1990 to 2019 and has experience in Operations, Finance, Service Design, Crew Management, Labor Relations, Engineering, and Human Resources. In 2020, he decided to utilize his almost 30 years of railroad experience to consult part-time for Argo and started American Dedicated Rail Services at that time. He has a broad range of experience and education.
He held the following positions: Manager Operations Planning, Asst Trainmaster, Trainmaster, Manager of Scheduling, Plan Manager, Director Service Design, Director Crew Planning and Utilization, General Manager Customer Operations, Director Transportation Services, Senior Consultant, and President.
Scott graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Civil Engineering and later returned to get his MBA.

Ken is an experienced operational leader with almost 30 years in the rail industry. He started his railroad career with CSX Transportation where he held various positions in both the mechanical and transportation departments, fleet management, terminals, and division leadership for 18 years. Ken joined Genesee & Wyoming in 2011 where he was Vice President of Industrial Switching and Short line railroads. Most recently, Ken worked for RJ Corman where he led the industrial switching and track maintenance on the southern region.
Ken is a graduate of The United States Merchant Marine Academy with a Bachelor of Science in in Mechanical Engineering. He received his master’s degree from the University of Denver in Transportation and Logistics. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and served on the board of directors for the American Short Line Association.
